We sell home fragrance products including:

home fragrance accessories
All products are subject to availability
As many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, scent strength, wax finish and labelling may occur. Product images are for illustrative purposes only
3. placing an order
When you place an order:

you are making an offer to purchase products

you will receive an automated order confirmation email

a legally binding contract is formed only when your order is dispatched
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

4. prices & payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout

Payment must be received in full before dispatch

8. candle & diffuser Safety
Our products must be used responsibly
You agree to follow all safety instructions including:

never leave a burning candle unattended
-
keep away from children and pets
-
keep away from flammable materials
-
place candles on heat-resistant surfaces
-
keep wick trimmed to 5mm
-
do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
-
do not ingest diffuser liquid
-
avoid skin and eye contact

9. allergies & sensitivities
Our products contain fragrance oils and/or essential oils
If you have sensitivities:

review ingredients carefully

discontinue use if irritation occurs
We are not liable for allergic reactions unless caused by negligence
10. promotional codes
From time to time, honey & me may issue discount codes
Unless otherwise stated:

codes must be entered at checkout
-
only one code may be used per order
-
codes cannot be combined with other offers
-
codes have no cash value
-
codes are non-transferable

codes may exclude subscriptions, wholesale orders, gift cards or sale items

we reserve the right to withdraw or amend codes at any time
Orders placed before or after a promotion period cannot be retrospectively discounted
11. subscription products
We may offer subscription services (e.g. monthly candle or diffuser subscriptions)
By purchasing a subscription:

you authorise recurring payments at the agreed interval

payments will be automatically charged to your selected payment method

subscription prices are displayed at checkout
11.1 subscription billing
Billing occurs on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) until cancelled. If payment fails, we may:

retry payment

suspend or cancel the subscription
11.2 subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via:

by contacting us at least 5 days before your next billing date
Cancellations made after billing has occurred will apply to the next billing cycle
11.3 subscription changes

adjust subscription pricing with reasonable notice

12. wholesale orders
Wholesale terms apply to approved trade customers only.
To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must:

apply and be approved by honey & me
-
provide valid business details
We reserve the right to refuse wholesale applications
12.1 wholesale minimum orders
Wholesale orders are subject to:

minimum order quantities (MOQs)
-
minimum order values
These will be communicated upon approval
12.2 wholesale payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Payment is required upfront
-
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received
Where credit terms are agreed, payment must be made within 30 days
Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
12.3 wholesale resale
Wholesale customers must:

sell products at appropriate retail pricing

not resell on Amazon, eBay or third-party marketplaces without written permission

not alter branding or packaging
12.4 wholesale risk & returns
Risk passes upon delivery
Wholesale returns are only accepted for:

faulty goods

incorrect goods
We do not accept returns of unsold stock
13. intellectual property
All branding, product names, images, logos and website content remain the property of likrys ltd trading as honey & me
No content may be copied, reproduced or used without written permission
14. limitation of liability
Nothing excludes liability for:

death or personal injury caused by negligence

fraud
-
any matter which cannot legally be excluded
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
