returns
we always hope that you are completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day returns policy
our 30-day returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights. for change-of-mind returns under our extended policy, items should be unused and returned in their original packaging
if your item was purchased as part of a gift set, the whole gift set must be returned to us — we cannot accept returns of only part of a gift set
please complete our returns form before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions

when we receive the completed returns form, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your returns package
refunds
process: once your return is received and checked, we’ll confirm your refund
approval: we process approved refunds promptly and within the applicable legal timeframe. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@honeyandme.co.uk
partial refunds: in some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g. if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error)
return postage: for change-of-mind returns, you’re responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise stated. if the goods are faulty, different rights apply. standard outbound delivery will be refunded where required by law
please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
