returns

We always hope that you are completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day returns policy

 

To return your item, please complete the returns form at the bottom of this page to start the process. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your goods

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your item was purchased as part of a gift set, the whole gift set must be returned to us - we cannot accept returns of only part of a gift set

Items sent back to us without first completing the returns form will not be accepted. When we receive the completed returns form, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your returns package

refunds

process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@honeyandme.co.uk

partial refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error)

shipping costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@honeyandme.co.uk with details and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please note, we must be informed of damaged items within 7 days of the item being received
