we are proud to say that all honey & me diffusers only use fragrances that are both paraben-free and phthalates-free, to ensure our diffusers do not contain any nasty toxins

we also use ecosystem vegan diffuser base that is obtained from non-GMO plant oils (predominantly rapeseed and sunflower oils), and has no animal products (or animal testing)

no antioxidants, preservatives, nanomaterials or glycol ethers are used at any stage during manufacture. our diffusers are eco-friendly, low carbon footprint and non-toxic

our products have been carefully designed for use in dog-loving households, made with non-toxic ingredients and specially selected dog-safe scents (absolutely no parabens and no phthalates!)

we only use completely natural coconut & rapeseed wax which is non-palm, non-soy, non-gm, non-paraffin and additive free

we only use premium fibre reeds in honey & me diffuser sets

benefits of fibre reeds include:

• stronger, more consistent scent throw - unlike natural reeds such as rattan, fibre reeds have been specifically engineered to have a steady, even release of scent via tiny channels in the reed

• reduced maintenance - because of their superior structure, fibre reeds do not need to flipped as frequently as natural reeds, so you can enjoy consistent scent without hassle

• clog-free performance - the specially-designed structure of fibre reeds is porous, allowing oils to travel along the reed freely without clogging

• higher efficiency - fibre reeds are particularly effective for larger rooms due to their ability to evenly distribute scent throw

• longer lasting scent - due to the consistent absorption and release rate, fibre reeds mean you can enjoy the scent for weeks, if not months, without needing replacements

our 100ml glass bottle lasts on average 8-12 weeks, depending on room size and how many reeds are used

how to use your diffuser:

• place on a flat, stable surface (we suggest using a tray or coaster to avoid direct contact with the surface or furniture)

• unscrew the cap and remove the cardboard pad, replace the cap back on the bottle

• insert the reeds into the bottle, leave for a few hours and then flip the reeds over to initiate scent diffusion

• adjust scent intensity: use fewer reeds for a subtle aroma or more reeds for a stronger, more noticeable fragrance

• flip the reeds for freshness every 1–2 weeks, this refreshes the fragrance diffusion and helps maintain a consistent aroma

safety and usage instructions:

• warning: never swallow the diffuser liquid, if consumed seek immediate medical attention

• keep out of reach of children, pets or areas they can be knocked over

• wash hands thoroughly after handling the product or the reeds

• flammable liquid, always keep away from flames or heat and never try to light the reeds

• avoid direct contact with furniture, fabrics or wood surfaces

• avoid direct sunlight or nearby heat sources like radiators or windows. heat can cause the oils to evaporate faster, affecting the scent and longevity
