how are honey & me diffusers clean?

We are proud to say that all honey & me diffusers only use fragrances that are both paraben-free and phthalates-free, to ensure our diffusers do not contain any nasty toxins We also use ecosystem vegan diffuser base that is obtained from non-GMO plant oils (predominantly rapeseed and sunflower oils), and has no animal products (or animal testing) No antioxidants, preservatives, nanomaterials or glycol ethers are used at any stage during manufacture. Our diffusers are eco-friendly, low carbon footprint and non-toxic

returns & refunds

We always hope that you are completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day returns policy To return your item, please complete the returns form at the bottom of this page to start the process. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your goods To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase If your item was purchased as part of a gift set, the whole gift set must be returned to us - we cannot accept returns of only part of a gift set Items sent back to us without first completing the returns form will not be accepted. When we receive the completed returns form, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your returns package

All items are hand-packed and delivered straight to your door Courier service: we use Royal Mail delivery services and provide tracking info via email Items are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank and public holidays. If you place your order after 2pm on a weekday or over the weekend, it will be processed the next available working weekday Delivery UK mainland: 2-4 business days

Below are some key safety rules to follow when using diffusers: * The liquid contained within the diffuser bottle must always be kept away from flames or heat * Keep out of the reach of children, pets or areas where they can be knocked over * Never swallow the diffuser liquid. If consumed, seek immediate medical attention * Do not allow the diffuser liquid to touch your skin or eyes * Always wash your hands after touching the product * Flammable liquid - never try to light the reeds * Avoid direct contact with furniture, fabrics & finished wood surfaces * Take appropriate care in disposing of any remaining liquid at the end of the diffusers’ life
