We always hope that you are completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, we offer a 30-day returns policy To return your item, please complete the returns form at the bottom of this page to start the process. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your goods To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase If your item was purchased as part of a gift set, the whole gift set must be returned to us - we cannot accept returns of only part of a gift set Items sent back to us without first completing the returns form will not be accepted.
